Life Jackets & Buoyancy Aids
Choosing the right life jacket or buoyancy aid is an important decision to make ensuring you have the right safety equipment to suit the boating activity you’re enjoying. Whether you are dingy sailing, kayaking, using a personal watercraft or cruising, the extensive range of Plastimo lifejackets and buoyancy aids offer the right solution for the job. We are also stocking the latest SL180 lifejacket achieving an actual buoyancy of 180 newtons. The SL180 is a waistcoat style lifejacket and is both ergonomic and unobtrusive designed for intensive use and agile sailing. Plastimo have also included the SL180 PW power boating version to this product range, this version includes a kill cord loop for extra safety onboard.
Liferafts
In addition to a great range of Plastimo MOB equipment, we are now able to offer a full range of Plastimo liferafts with popular models available from stock. With a long established experience of liferaft design and manufacture, Plastimo are now offering an 18 year warranty on their liferafts that are serviced at the required intervals. They also feature a unique double chamber construction for additional safety, large volume ballast pockets for extra stability and worldwide support through their service station network.
XM Sea Wear
Plastimo’s XM brand of sea wear is well recognised offering comfort, quality, clever design and protection from the elements. We are now stocking XM marine clothing including offshore and coastal sea wear, yacht jackets, cruising boots and gloves.
Inflatable Tenders & Kayaks
We are now able to offer the Plastimo range of inflatable tenders and kayaks with a great range of options and features to choose from. The tender range includes slat floor, air floor and aluminium floor models, light weight tenders, V-type rigid hull tenders, fish tenders and fold-down transom tenders for easy storage. We are also introducing a new range of Plastimo single and two person inflatable kayaks, these offer innovative light weight design, durability and on water stability.
Compasses
The design and manufacture of compasses is part of Plastimo’s long established heritage backed by years of research and development. Proudly Made by Plastimo, these precision instruments come in a great range of mounting options including flush mount, bulkhead mount, binnacle mount and mast mounting compasses. We also have an exciting range of smaller Plastimo compasses including the Offshore Kayak, the Iris 100 hand bearing compasses and Iris 50 hand bearing compasses.
