Description

Description

The Siderise high mass polymer barrier sheet is the same barrier used in Siderise foam soundproofing sheets. It is thin and flexible but very dense with a specially formulated design to insulate sound. The noise barrier adds to the sound insulation values of metal, wood, plastic and GRP panels and reduces the effect of coincidence dip resonance in these materials.

This soundproofing barrier is sold per roll so is also ideal for use on floors under carpet, to provide additional damping of low frequency sound. Multiple layers of soundproofing barrier can be used to further enhance noise insulation, especially when overlapping.

Siderise Soundproofing Barrier:

- Density: 2000kg/m³

- Hardness: 80-85°

- Tensile Strength: 5.75 N/mm²

- Elongation at Break: 100%

- Fire Performance: FMVSS 302: Pass

- Tear Resistance: (ISO 34-1): .0.6 kN/m
