Description

The 5 litre Surejust tank can be used as an expansion tank or an accumulator tank.

An accumulator tank can be fitted after the pump on the cold feed line. This will help reduce rapid pump on/off cycling. Accumulators (used on the cold water side) are set at approximately 19 psi as they need to be just below the cut in pressure of the pump.

Expansion tanks (used on the hot water side) need to be set above the maximum pressure of the pump but below the pressure of the pressure relief valve (PRV).

This 5 litre Supa Surejust accumulator tank is supplied with mounting brackets and connections for 13mm ID flexible plumbing. It is also possible to remove the 13mm hose tail to reveal a 1/2" BSP male thread.
