Replacement thermostat for the engine cooling system of many BMC, Leyland, Ford and Perkins engines.

This engine thermostat is set at 74°c and does not have the bypass shut off disc. It allows the engine to run cooler than the standard 82°c thermostat for engines with early hot water tanks or cruising in warmer waters.

Overall diameter of thermostat outer flange: 53.7mm.

Height from bottom of outer flange to top of thermostat: 22mm

Height from top of outer flange to bottom of thermostat: 25mm

Thermostat setting: 74 degrees centigrade

Thermostat 199031 will replace GTS102, MBU1291 and 2485608.
