Thetford Spinflo thermocouple spare kit SSPA0637 is suitable for use with Thetford Nelson grills.
The thermocouple plays a vital role in gas safety. If the flame is extinguished by a draft or a spill, the thermocouple cools down and stops generating electricity. This in turn causes the safety valve to shut off the gas supply, preventing dangerous gas build-up in your kitchen. As such, inspection of the thermocouple should make up part of your annual safety checks.
