Description

Orbitrade Marine flexible stuffing box designed to replace Volvo part number 3819723. This kit is supplied with a flexible stuffing box, a clamp to secure to the stern tube and a universal sleeve which fits around and protects the prop shaft. Some lubricating grease is also supplied to ensure performance and reduce wear. This stuffing box creates a seal around a 50mm shaft and fits to 70mm stern tube.

The distance between the stuffing box and shaft bearing may not exceed 1.5 metres. If the distance is longer than 1.5 Metres an additional support bearing is necessary.
