Firstly, I hope that you are all well, also your families and colleagues, and that you are managing your business through these challenging times.
I wanted to bring you up to date with recent developments within the Arleigh Group, as we are starting to see a careful relaxation of measures in Europe, and it seems likely that we will follow this within the UK over next few weeks.
We remain open at our 3 primary hubs – Century Park, Luton, and Beccles – and are therefore able to continue to supply 100% of our products. Our other branch sites remain closed, although we have an operating team at Aquafax Hamble in order to access the large additional stocks that we keep at this location.
We have maintained high levels of stock across our locations, and this has been topped-up in line with current and anticipated requirements through May and June. Therefore, we are well-prepared to meet any increase in demand.
I appreciate that most businesses have had partial closures and have seen heavily impacted revenues during the start of the busiest period of the year, across the leisure industry. Arleigh are committed to supporting our customers during this time and ask you to keep us updated of your plans during the return-to-work phase.

Due to the changing situation with the Coronavirus disease, we have now temporarily closed our Hamble, Plymouth, Middlewich and Glasgow depots. Please note that all enquiries, technical support and order processing will be handled by a skelton team at our main Luton warehouse facility.

All Luton warehouse, carrier and pallet services are still operating as normal however we have temporarily suspended van services for the time being. Please note that we are not able to handle order collections, we apologise
Our regional Account Managers will not be visiting customers for the time being but will be communicating from home and will be able to support your business via their mobile, emails, WhatsApp or Skype. They will be in regular contact with you but please reach out to them if you need support at anytime.
We aim to continue to support our customers as efficiently and effectively as possible.This is a very challenging time for us all and we are making every effort to minimise disruption to or service and support to our customers.

We offer accounts to all of our trade customers. There are two types; Credit Accounts and Cash Accounts. They both give trade price benefits, with the credit accounts offering monthly credit facilities, and the Cash Accounts enabling you to pay as you go.
